DETONATINGCORD consists of:
- Inner Part: PETN (Pentaerythritol tetranitrate) forms the inner part
- Middle Layer: There is textile knitting around the PETN
- Outer Layer: The detonating cord is covered with PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) on the outside
The PVC coating protects the wick, and external factors and weather conditions ensure that PETN can be installed without problems.
